All-On-4 Plus® dental implants offer a streamlined approach to replacing a full set of teeth for suitable patients. At Dental Implant & Sleep Centre, this treatment is carefully planned and delivered by an experienced team in a calm, supportive environment.

These implants support a fixed bridge or denture to replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth, helping restore everyday oral function and comfort. For some patients, provisional teeth may be fitted on the day of surgery, with final teeth placed after healing and review.
have multiple missing or damaged teeth
are experiencing difficulty eating or speaking comfortably
currently wear full dentures and are exploring fixed alternatives
want a coordinated approach to full-arch tooth replacement
Suitability depends on factors such as bone levels, oral health, and medical history. A comprehensive consultation is required to determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you.

Your journey begins with a detailed consultation. Your dentist will assess your oral health, discuss your concerns, and use imaging to evaluate bone structure and suitability for implants.
Before surgery, records and planning are completed to support accurate implant positioning. You’ll receive clear pre-operative instructions and have the opportunity to ask questions so you feel informed and supported.
On the day of the surgery, your infected teeth will be removed, infection cleaned and dental implants placed into the jawbone in carefully planned positions. After the surgery, while you rest, our team of advanced dental technicians are working behind the scene to develop the prototype so you will walk away 2-3 hours later with Fixed Teeth.
As quickly as 24 hours, we will have your final teeth ready to go and inserted, and you’re done!
